Welcome to the youth work section of the website!
Here you will find information about the activities and projects run by our Youth worker, Stef Hoyle.
We offer a wide variety of activities for young people across Yarm and the surrounding area, including schools work, youth clubs, singing club - 'Our Voice', Christian Union, assemblies and ecumenical school clubs.
We believe strongly in an ethos of participation and include the young people in generating ideas for our clubs and involve them in decision making.
The next three web pages will tell give you all the information you need if you are interested in the work we do or want to attend any of our youth clubs.

Yarm Methodist Church Youth Club
Thursdays 7-8:15pm for Y5-Y9 and 8.15pm-9.30pm for Y10 + (term time)
Youth Club is run for young people aged 11 and above. We do a variety of activities including games, sports, crafts, cooking and Wii competitions.
The format and activities we do during the youth club come from the ideas and suggestions made by the young people. Previous activities have included a Football and Fitness Project with Middlesbrough Football Club. Cooking courses, sport taster sessions that included golf and jujitsu.
If you are interested in coming along to Youth Club we meet every Thursday 7-8.30pm at Yarm Methodist Church.
One Thursday each month we have a football cage, which is basically a HUGE cage you play football in!
We have lots of exciting things planned for the other Thursdays, like Zumba, Golf and Capoeira!
